How do I begin to use the site?

Here are some useful tips to help you start shopping at Hoopers:

Home Page Link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the large Hoopers logo which appears on the top left hand side of the screen.

Navigation Bar: The names on the navigation bar near the top of the screen show the online departments we offer, information on each individual store, as well as a comprehensive list of all brands stocked in Hoopers. Hovering over one of these names will provide you with a drop down menu with further brands and categories within that department. Clicking on these names will take you to a new page which contains all the sections and products included within it.

Search Box: The search box is at the top right hand side of your screen. Here you can search for product, store, category or brand. Just type into the search box, the name of the item you are looking for and press 'search'.

How do I buy something from the site?

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse through the online store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. After you have made your selection, click on the 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

All card payments are accepted via a secure payment server. When your order is placed on our website, all card numbers are encrypted by our secure payment provider, SagePay. They are only decrypted after they reach our server. They are not held in clear text on any website.
