LANVIN FRAGRANCE
In 1924, Jeanne Lanvin created Lanvin Parfums SA in Paris. She was guided by the conviction that perfume was a vital part of her vision of fashion and life in general. She began her preparations well in advance, trying out some initial fragrances. Her work was completed in 1924 and she launched her first fragrance in 1925 with resounding success, particularly in the USA. By World War II, Lanvin was already one of the world's leading perfumers.
